Seth to attend Inaugural Network of AI Safety Institutes Meeting

Seth Lazar has been invited to attend a convening of the Network of AI Safety Institutes hosted by the US AISI, to take place in San Francisco on November 20-21. This inaugural two-day meeting will bring together technical experts from the Network's member nations (including Australia, Canada, the European Union, France, Japan, Kenya, the Republic of Korea, Singapore, the UK, and the US) to establish priority work areas and enhance global collaboration on AI safety. The convening aims to lay groundwork for the AI Action Summit in Paris in February 2025, and will also include participation from civil society, academic, and industry experts.
